Leo Psara is a master of negotiation and customer relationship management and brings a wealth of experience in delivering seamless sales processes treating each opportunity as a project that must meet and exceed the expectations of all parties involved.
Born and raised in London, Leo was offered a life changing opportunity to relocate to Saudi Arabia to manage the sales office for AT&T. This role which occupied him for 6 years led him to Lucent Technologies as Regional Director for Middle East and Africa based out of Dubai.
After a decade of incredible success with Lucent, in 2003, Leo formed a partnership to launch Minerva – his own consultancy and distribution company that sourced, secured and managed the installation of hundreds of multi-million dollar telecommunications and security contracts in the Middle East, Europe and North Africa region securing them the title of largest distributor for Motorola solutions and products in that region.
As an industry specialist and leading force throughout the roll out of Dubai’s world famous expansion program during which more than 400+ towers were built over an 8 year period. Leo led multiple sales, engineering and integration teams who were responsible for the successful delivery of hundreds of infrastructure contracts in which he built and grew partnerships in over 40 countries.
Established in Australia since 2014, and recently relocated to the Gold Coast, Leo is excited to be in the Real Estate industry where he can bring his old school charm and extensive skillset in sales and customer relations to the fore.
