The Property Occupations Form 6 is executed in most instances at the Listing Appointment. This confirms our appointment as your exclusive listing agent. We then present the campaign strategy and marketing program for sign off. Upon execution of the Form 6, the Sale Campaign is launched and the team is appointed.
Depending upon the location, landscape and style of your property, we may recommend Videography and Drone Photography in addition to professional photography. Your Showcase Assistant works alongside your Lead Agent to co-ordinate preparation and execution of photography and ready your home for Showcasing
Following photography, all members of the team attend a campaign planning session during which we review the photography and develop the marketing strategy and theme of the sale campaign. We map out every element of the marketing program, planning the advertising schedule, showcase program and social media campaign and GO-LIVE.
Each open home conducted are managed like a luxury event. We establish the best days and time of day to open the home, staging and set up on the day and visitor journey, choreographed from arrival to departure, to ensure the introduction to your home is as memorable as possible. The Lead Agent and Showcase Assistant are both present at the Open Homes to engage and screen qualified buyers
When an offer is accepted and terms have been negotiated, we prepare the contract of sale for execution by both parties. Conveyancing Solicitors or Property Lawyers are nominated and both parties are introduced. A settlement check list is prepared by us for you providing key stages of the process and deliverables by both.
Once settlement is completed and we are notified by the conveyancer or solicitors, we execute handover of the keys to the buyer
Showcasing your home is how we capture and seduce your buyer. We manage each open home like a luxury event. Your showcase assistant works in tandem with your lead agent from curation of the marketing campaign through to inspection set-up, developing the ‘buyer journey’ during inspection, buyer welcome and check-in and providing support to the Lead Agent in guiding them through your property.
